The Whole Family:

With Younger Children~

There are a ton of Halloween movies for the family to watch with younger children

It's a Great Pumpkin Charlie Brown Movie Posters From Movie Poster ...It’s the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown (1966) This short movie is not just for younger children but for all ages. This is absolutely a cherished Halloween tradition in my household and it should be in yours too!

Halloweentown (Series) The first film debuted on Disney Channel in 1998 and the fourth film in 2006. This series works for all ages and is a fun tradition for my family to watch every year.

Twitches 1 & 2 If you get your kids watching this young enough then it can become a nostalgic tradition like it has become for my family. Both of these films also premiered on Disney Channel in 2005 and 2007 respectively.

Scary Godmother (Series) These short movies premiered on Cartoon Network in 2003 & 2005. I slightly remember them but my girlfriend remembers them as a childhood favorite.

I don’t know what happened but the creators of those two Scooby Doo films put out two quite frightening films aimed at a young audience. All I remember are having nightmares two years in a row. These movies move beyond the masks and hoax to the supernatural with real zombies, werewolves, and ghosts.
